ZZ Top Star is our second embryo bull calf born from the flush of J.R. Joyful to Stars A Jumpin'. This calf was huge at birth - he weighed 76 lb. He is continuing to grow at a rapid rate and is really maturing into a fine young bull. Look how structurally correct he is shown here at one year. His horns are just now starting to show the heavy base that his sire, American Star, put on his calves. He will just continue to get a larger base as he matures. (Picture taken 03/18/08)
