Carol K is a pretty special Texas Longhorn cow - double bred Classic and horns well over 70" tip to tip. Her horn length puts her in a pretty elite group in this breed. She raised a beautiful wine and white colored heifer sired by J.R. Seman in 2004. Her next calf was a nice bull calf, I'm A Hot Shot Star sired by the great Watson 167. She currently has a new heifer sired by a young herd sire bred by Carol Carlson of C.C. Land and Cattle Company, Zabaco. We are pleased to get a calf from this nice bull. Carol K is shown here at 18 years 11 months! Not bad for a grand dam. I recently confirmed her pregnant to Starbase Commander for a 2009 spring calf. (Picture taken 04/20/2008)
